The assignment for the Hospitality Team is to implement a core vision of Journey Life of radical hospitality by CONNECTING with people.

Connections ministry is the front line of our church community. We exhibit God’s love and cultivate a connection through our team to our guests. We offer a quarterly Next Step Lunch.
Our Next Step Lunch is a quarterly event that introduces you to the ministries, leaders and the church doctrine. We offer spiritual gifts test and take time to get to know you and discover your next steps.

The Tech Team has a role in every aspect of the church primarily on Wednesday and Sunday with livestream and service flow. If you’ve ever seen livestream, it was made possible by someone just like you. You can be a part of reaching the world through cameras, photography, sound and social media.

Our Care ministry is the team that cares for our church family. They do this through Life, Bible & Recreation Groups, Visitation Teams and support through all seasons of life.

Explorer Kids Ministry strives towards creating an atmosphere where all kids are safe and accepted while developing a relationship with Jesus. Our team helps guide friends as they build a faith foundation that will be built upon for the rest of their lives. We serve nursery (6 weeks) through sixth grade. We offer special care for our “special friends” (special needs) with trained young people who love to show Jesus to everyone.

Our kids are part of our services regularly with flags, dance and singing. There is a place for everyone in EKM.

Expedition Student ministries is our youth ministry for middle and high school students. We believe in empowering this generation to demonstrate the kingdom of God everywhere they go. We have Wednesday services and monthly events.

The purpose of the hedge in the Old Testament is to provide protection to the vineyard so that the vinedresser can get the most out of his planting and indeed he expects to harvest the fruit of it (Matthew 21:33-41).
It becomes the purpose of Deacons to hedge the Elders thus creating a series of protective circles around the Pastor.
Our Deacons serve through security, inside and outside maintenance and altar ministry. They also have men’s fellowships throughout the year.

Our Ladies ministry has weekly prayer meetings, monthly events and special trips. Every gathering is an encounter with the Lord, an unforgettable moment with our Father. Contact us for more information about our upcoming events.

Our Prayer ministry offers several prayer weekly prayer meetings. The purpose is for the preparing of the Saints for ministry (Ephesians 4:12 for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.) through Prayer and Prophecy.
